We may update this policy from time to time — we'll notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: With service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., email delivery, analytics, cloud hosting) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. With businesses and event spaces: If you express interest in or RSVP to an event, the event organizer may receive your name and contact information to facilitate your attendance. For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stitch, our users, or the public. In a business transfer: If Stitch is acquired, merged, or undergoes a similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy. With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Location Data

Stitch uses location information to surface nearby events and communities relevant to you. Here's how we handle it: • We collect approximate location (city or region level) based on your IP address or, with your permission, more precise GPS location from your device • Location data is used solely to show you relevant local content — never to track your movements • You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings • We do not share precise location data with third parties We believe location is a tool for connection, not surveillance.
